Day 2 - My Workout

So, I decided to get off my rump and get going on this workout thing. Baby steps...

Todays workout consisted of:

3 miles on the elliptical machine (in 15 minutes)
my average heart rate was ~130

10lb free weights - 2 sets of 12 reps
bicep curls
tricep extensions
shoulder press
lateral flys

it's kind of freaky, but I'm actually psyched up right now!
